Placing Your Order:

Within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment we will send you a confirmation.

You Will Receive a Drawing of Your Monument or Memorial:

We will send you a black and white line drawing scaled to fit on 8.5" x 11" (letter size) paper. You should receive this drawing within 5 business days. This scale drawing illustrates the memorial size, finish, shape, as well as all carvings, inscriptions and design elements.

We Obtain Your Cemetery's Written Approval:

We will contact the cemetery on your behalf for initial approval and send them a copy of the drawing. The cemetery will check the drawing to make sure your monument meets all their requirements and send us their written approval if it does. In the rare case that the cemetery does not approve your memorial you will be notified and we will work with you to fix any problems.

You Review the Drawing for Approval:

This is your last chance to make any changes (if you wish, you can still add items to your order at this time) or fix any errors (yours or ours).

Please carefully check and double check the following:

• memorial size
• memorial color
• memorial finishes
• memorial shape/style
• correct design
• placement, location, and presence of all carvings you ordered
• placement, location, and presence of all design elements you ordered
• placement, location, presence, and spelling of all inscriptions
   (names, dates and all other words)
• the fonts (letter shapes) you selected are shown on the drawing

Spelling errors are the most common mistakes. It is a good idea to double check everything and then have someone else check the drawing against what you ordered - encourage them to question everything! Once your design is carved in stone it is almost impossible to change.

If you find anything that needs to be changed, mark the changes clearly on the drawing and return the drawing to us. We will correct our drawing and send you a copy of the new drawing for your approval. Check and recheck the new drawing as if it was the first drawing your received.

You Approve the Drawing:

When you're happy with your design and sure that the drawing matches your order please approve the drawing by signing it, dating it, and returning it to us. We can not be held responsible for any errors in an approved drawing.

How to Send and Receive Drawings:

We have found that sending and receiving drawings by email works best. We can also send and receive drawings via fax if you prefer.

Delivery:

Please allow 8 to 16 weeks for delivery of you finished product.
