Defects or Errors: If after the delivery of your monument, you should find a defect or error in the finished product, excluding natural occurring variations in color, pattern, etc. in the granite, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. In order to activate the warranty, you must contact us within 30 days from the purchase date and notify us of the problem. Mistakes: If the purchaser made an error in the ordering, we will do our best to assist the purchaser in correcting the error. If the error will require a full replacement of the purchased item Monument Mart will work with the purchaser to find the best solution and most cost effective way. We do not make any profit on replacements from errors made by the purchaser. Shipping Damage Protection: If an item is damaged during shipping we will replace it at no cost to you. Make note of the damage on the shipping document and then contact us about how to proceed from there. All shipped products are insured to protect you. Shipping damage must be reported within 10 days of delivery to take advantage of this protection. Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders.
